Patrick, Dan, and Duane provide incomparable knowledge and service. I came in with a steering head needing the lower bearing pressed on. I am immediately greeted with friendly smiles. Patrick asked, "How can I help"? I just love that question when I come for service. I show him the steering head and he consults with Dan for a moment. Top notch teamwork!! Then they consult with Duane the Head Tech. This man is a motorcycle savant. He takes on look and goes, "Oh a steering head from a 2000"s vt600cd vlx and by the way the bearing you want pressed on is incorrect. Yup, I upgraded the bearings. Duane's incredible!! Now for the best part of the story. Duane takes the head and immediately presses the bearing on. I'm in out in less than 15 minutes. If you want done right in a timely fashion, these men are the very best. Great attitude, great customer care, impeccable service, and extremely knowledgeable.

Dan, Duane, and Patrick reflect the highest standard of service I ever experienced. Dan and Patrick who work the service desk are incredibly helpful and friendly. an excellent example of team work in action. Duane, the head service tech, demonstrates why AI will never replace the human brain. The guy is a savant!! His historical knowledge of part and best practices makes him a rare commodity. An example to demonstrate my point, I bring in the steering head of my 2006 vlx 600 to have the lower bearing pressed on. I immediately get a warm welcome from the men at the counter. Patrick is my main man, sees the steering head bearing and ask Dan about the hours involved to press it in. These guys work great together and never let me down. Dan suggests they talk to the head tech Duane. Now this is the beat part, Duane comes to the counter!! Takes a look at the part and goes "oh that is a steering head from a vlx vt600cd". Incredible, then goes by the way that is not a stock bearing. Yup, I upgraded the bearing. The amount of minutia in Duane's mind is scary. He takes the head to the back of the the shop and pressed the bearing on immediately. WOW!!! You want the best got to the best and there are none better than these men. after test riding 3 bikes i decided on the 900 speed twin. Will Root gave me the time and effort to find the best ride for me. i didnt notice until after the fact that his card said fit specialist not salesman. and he did help me to find the perfect fit...not just some bike he was trying to unload because thats what he was pushing at the time. i have been riding for almost 60 years and have always preferred a small intimate shop. but everyone i dealt with so far could not have been more professional and helpful

In March 2023 I purchased a new Moto Guzzi from Fox. This was the fourth new Guzzi I've bought from this dealership over the years. Ozzy Elian handled all of these sales for me. As a longtime rider himself Ozzy has a lot of passion for the sport and his product expertise is considerable. Ozzy makes buying a motorcycle fun. And the several Scotts in the backroom are also excellent. I owned a Moto Guzzi dealership in the 2000s so I know what it takes to make an operation more than just a bike store. These guys do that!

Will Root went above and beyond for me. I was looking for a particular motorcycle for my first road bike. He not only encouraged my selection but special ordered it to my request. Then waited for me to beable to come and collect the motorcycle. You know winter in Michigan

I purchased 2 Seadoo 2019's from a person that had purchased them from you. I was having an issue with the transfer of the extended warranties. I stopped in and was helped by Stephanie Falkiewicz.

Wow! She greeted me and asked how she could help. I explained the issue. She then asked for the paperwork and instead of passing me off to someone, she got on it herself and had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. I had tried to straighten it out by phone with the warranty company and in 20 minutes got nowhere. I decided to drive in to you and see if it could be straightened out. Just a follow-up thank you and much appreciated to Jerry K. on the oil-stained Union Jack Triumph coffee mug. I got it in Western NC 2 days later in perfect condition, and it's already drawn a lot of questions as to where it came from. Too bad Triumph can't bring them back. we knew about fox motors already, talked to joe on the phone and liked the way he informed me and asked questions on what we were looking for and what we wanted to do with a four wheeler. He didnt talk down to me just informed me of what was available so when we got ther i asked for joe. We are extremely happy with our Can Am Outlander.

Seen a listing on CycleTrader for a ninja I wanted. Emailed explaining that I was interested in the bike and wanted a out the door cash price. Heard back next day and then went to take a look at the bike. The sales people were very friendly and answered all my questions without pressuring me into buying. I came back few days later to pay for it and do the paper work. Over all Im very pleased with my purchase and definitely will make the hour long trip up to Fox Powersports for my next bike.

I bought my first RSV4 from Ozzy back in 2012 and just purchased a new 2018 RSV4 from Ozzy a few weeks ago.
